    The Online Product Coordinator has responsibility for new product setup and legacy item maintenance as it applies to items found within

    Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Data entry for all new products placed on the website for both store and web-only access which includes detailed product attributes and specific product configuration.
    2. Enter data modifications for all existing products found online.
    3. Manage the flow of new items through the Development, Staging and Production load environments to ensure timely review by Merchants and on-time deployment to the live website.
    4. Perform duties within expected time allowance delivering results with high accuracy.
    5. Perform appropriate QA steps and provide documentation to ensure on-time deployment.
    6. Enter product level messaging for promotions.
    7. Power user for both JDA CFM Item Records and Site Manager Product Catalog; primary liaison between IT and eComm with regards to product level information, set-up and maintenance.
    8. Monitor and assist in maintaining department Google documents to ensure product updates and modifications are made in a timely manner and meet deployment expectations.
    9. Key contact for individuals within the Photography, Personalization, Copy and Merchant groups with regards to asset modifications for new or legacy items.

    Education and Experience

    1. Associates Degree in Business or Computer Science
    2. Minimum 1 year data entry experience in E-Commerce environment, preferably retail based
    3. Knowledge of QA testing and documentation
    4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and Google Documents
    5. Experience within JDA a plus
